Parkeet BV is the controller for personal data submitted through this website. Contact: info@parkeet.io.
Depending on the form or campaign, this may include name, role, organisation or municipality, email address, telephone number (if provided), answers to multiple-choice or ranking questions, free-text answers, and technical metadata such as session identifiers used for analytics (only if you accepted analytics cookies).
We process this data to respond to inquiries, run web forms and campaigns you submitted or entered (including selection and contact for a prize promotion), improve our services, and — where you consented — follow up about Parkeet products.
Form and campaign responses are stored in Azure Table Storage without an automatic expiry. Retention periods in a specific campaign's terms take precedence; otherwise we keep data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or legal obligations. Deletion is performed manually when a retention period ends.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, and object to certain processing. Contact info@parkeet.io to exercise these rights.
